DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the medieval fortress in southern France of the same name, Carcassonne is a tile-laying game in which players fill in the countryside around the fortified city. Players choose from tiles that depict cities, roads, monasteries, and fields; each new tile placed creates an ever-expanding board on which players can then add their followers. Players score points by having followers on features as they're completed. The player who makes the most strategic placements of tiles and followers will score the most points and win the game.With its simple yet rich game mechanics and eighty-four tiles that can be configured into numerous combinations, Carcassonne appeals to beginners and veteran gamers alike. This edition is entirely redesigned and modernized, and includes two expansions: The River and The Abbot.

Return & Refund Policy
HOW TO RETURN?
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the decision to accept the return lies purely with www.blueballoontoys.com
- As we deal in premium toy brands, our customers' chances of receiving a faulty or damaged product are negligible.
- However, if you receive a product that is incorrectly delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we request you to please drop an email with the product unboxing video and images of the defective/damaged product. The video should be made in one go, with no cuts, failing which the return request cannot be accepted.
- You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. This can be done by either emailing us at support@blueballoontoys.com or by calling +91 7042857474 from Monday-Saturday, 11 A.M-7 P.M

Methods of Credit
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Return of or refund for purchased product shall not be acknowledged by Blue Balloon Toys if:
The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.
The Product shows signs of being used and has any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage.
