RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging all products to ensure they reach you safely and in the best possible condition.


1.         ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item has been delivered

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor box imperfections (common in collectibles)
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Damage caused after delivery

 

2.         MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR CLAIMS

To initiate any return, replacement, or damage claim:

  • A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must start from opening the sealed package and clearly show the issue
  • The video must be recorded in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits)

Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

3.         RETURN WINDOW

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests beyond this period may not be accepted

 

4.         HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Supporting images (if required)

 

5.         RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return/replacement:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Product must be securely packed for return shipping

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.

 

6.         REPLACEMENT & REFUND

  • Approved cases will be processed as either a replacement or refund, depending on availability
    • Replacements are shipped only after the returned product is received and inspected
    • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days
  • It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

 

7.         NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Clearance / Sale items
  • Products without valid unboxing video proof
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

 

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR COLLECTORS

  • Box condition is not guaranteed mint, as minor transit wear may occur during shipping
  • We ensure strong packaging to minimize any risk during delivery
