SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and deliver all orders quickly and safely.
1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY
- All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Flat shipping fee of ₹120 on orders below ₹1299
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1299 and above
- Free shipping is not applicable on bulk orders
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS by our courier partners once your order is dispatched.
You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option on our website.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
4. UNDELIVERED / REFUSED ORDERS
- Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times
- If the order is not accepted or remains undelivered, it will be returned to us
In such cases, shipping and return charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
5. PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Pre-order items are shipped within 3–5 working days after stock arrives at our warehouse
- Estimated timelines are mentioned on the product page itself.
IMPORTANT
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, etc.)
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or redirected
