- All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days via reputable courier companies.

- You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 working days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Blue Balloon Toys cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
HOW TO RETURN?
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the decision to accept the return lies purely with www.blueballoontoys.com
- As we deal in premium toy brands, our customers' chances of receiving a faulty or damaged product are negligible.
- However, if you receive a product that is incorrectly delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we request you to please drop an email with the product unboxing video and images of the defective/damaged product. The video should be made in one go, with no cuts, failing which the return request cannot be accepted.
- You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. This can be done by either emailing us at support@blueballoontoys.com or by calling +91 7042857474 from Monday-Saturday, 11 A.M-7 P.M

Methods of Credit
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Return of or refund for purchased product shall not be acknowledged by Blue Balloon Toys if:
The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.
The Product shows signs of being used and has any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage.
