HOW TO RETURN?

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the decision to accept the return lies purely with www.blueballoontoys.com
  • As we deal in premium toy brands, our customers' chances of receiving a faulty or damaged product are negligible.
  • However, if you receive a product that is incorrectly delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we request you to please drop an email with the product unboxing video and images of the defective/damaged product. The video should be made in one go, with no cuts, failing which the return request cannot be accepted.
  • You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. This can be done by either emailing us at support@blueballoontoys.com or by calling +91 7042857474 from Monday-Saturday, 11 A.M-7 P.M

Methods of Credit

  • For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
