James Hunt – The 1976 Formula 1 World Champion
James Hunt remains one of Formula 1's most charismatic and celebrated drivers. Known for his fearless driving style, larger-than-life personality, and fierce rivalry with Niki Lauda, Hunt became a motorsport legend during the dramatic 1976 Formula 1 season.
Driving for McLaren, Hunt secured the 1976 Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship, narrowly defeating Lauda in one of the most memorable title battles in racing history.
His rivalry with Lauda was later portrayed in the acclaimed motorsport film Rush (2013), introducing a new generation of fans to one of F1's greatest stories.
This Funko Pop celebrates Hunt's championship-winning legacy and the McLaren M23D, one of the most recognizable Formula 1 cars of the 1970s.
A Classic McLaren M23D Racing Design
This James Hunt Funko Pop Rides Super Deluxe recreates the British driver's famous McLaren M23D in a distinctive red and white racing colour scheme.
The car features the iconic number 11 on its front nose and side panels, a low-profile Formula 1 chassis, wide black racing tyres, and a prominent rear wing.
James Hunt sits in the cockpit wearing his red racing suit, with sculpted blonde hair and both hands positioned near the steering wheel.
Additional details include the James Hunt name and Union Jack on the cockpit, gold-toned cockpit trim, and the classic front and rear aerodynamic elements associated with vintage Formula 1 cars.
